BCG accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Moneygram and Money Order payment. Should you provide any billing information to BCG by or through this website, to include, but not limited to: credit card numbers/information, debit card numbers/information, account information, or any other means for payment, you agree that you are responsible for any and all use of such information by any party for the purchase of services provided by BCG. You also agree to hold harmless BCG, its affiliates, officers, and members from any and all claims, losses, liens, expenses, suits, and attorneys fees for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation: any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages to any person or entity that may in any way arise out of or result from or in connection with the unauthorized use of such payment information, and that your only remedy, should there be one, is with your issuing financial institution upon its contract terms with you.

RATES

Rates are administered through the state Public Service Commission and subject to change.

REFUND POLICY

Effective December 1, 2011 a $4.95 refund processing fee will be charged for all new and existing prepaid accounts. The $4.95 fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of the account at the time a refund is issued. A balance greater than $4.95 is required to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued by check and mailed via regular USPS. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing. Accounts that remain inactive, no call activity, for more than 90 days will be automatically closed and ineligible for refunds.

CALL RECORDING

All calls from detention facilities may be subject to recording and monitoring by authorities of these facilities.

PAYMENT METHODS

Money gram, credit or debit card, or cashier’s check. Money grams are the easiest way to pay and are available at any Wal-Mart location and received by BCG within 2 hours of purchase. See specific instructions on website. Prepaid Account

A payment processing fee of up to $6.95 for credit/debit card on the web or over the telephone may apply. This fee does not apply to payments made by mail via Money Orders. There is no minimum funding amount if you use Money Grams; however, a payment processing fee will apply.

If you receive and accept state-to-state or international calls, you will also be charged a Federal Regulatory Recovery Fee of $2.99.

You can add additional phone numbers and each number cellular “non wired” telephone number will be charged a $1.99 monthly Wireless Administration Fee.
